The regular monthly meeting is held on the 4th Saturday, January thru November. (Exceptions occur when the date conflicts with prescheduled events at our host site. Please check the calendar below and e-mail notices.)

Our meetings are known as "Clay Days.”

  • Apart from a brief general meeting to discuss Guild issues, our meetings are an opportunity to play with clay and talk polymer with other members.
  • Members may bring their own tools and supplies to work on projects.
  • A brief optional demo of a technique is given by a member.

Holiday Recovery Party

Volunteers are needed! Check the member e-mail and contact Kari, Peg, or Sue. (If you are a member and did not receive an e-mail about the party please let Sue know.)

8:30 am - Silent Auction Drop Off - please bring small items in bags (findings,*beads, etc.) to donate to the Guild; non-polymer clay items welcome.

8:30 am - Set-Up: tables & chairs (bring your buffet dishes to the kitchen)

9:00 ish - Visiting, Fun and Games Begin

cleaned up and out by 3:00 pm

bring wrapped gift, handmade, or under $15 polymer clay related purchased item

Silent Auction Organizer, Kari Crist:
Silent Auction first walk through 10:00. Many bids start around $1.00 or less. This is a fundraiser for the Guild and a chance to destah your hoard a little by donating, then build it back up by buying!

Potluck Coordinator, Peg Harper:
Bring your favorite potluck dish to share. "No Rules! If you want mac 'n' cheese, hummus & veggies, spinach pie...whatever makes you happy and you would like to share!"
